(Individual / Group Tour for Domestic/Inbound)

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable booking amount (as specified in the tour details) must be paid to confirm your seat.
  • Full payment must be completed before the specified deadline, failing which the booking will be treated as cancelled.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or authorized payment gateways only.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation charges are applicable as follows:
    1. 30 days before the tour: 25% deduction
    2. 15–29 days: 50% deduction
    3. 7–14 days: 75% deduction
    4. Less than 7 days/no-show: 100% deduction
  • No refund will be made for any unused part of the package.

    3. Tour Cost Inclusions/Exclusions

    • Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each package.
    • Any personal expenses, entry fees, camera charges, porterage, or meals not mentioned are chargeable separately.
    • Airfare or train tickets (if not mentioned) are excluded from the base package

    4. Changes or Delays

    • The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
    • Delays due to transport or any third-party service are beyond our control. No compensation shall be claimed.

    5. Documents & Identification

    • It is the responsibility of each traveler to carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.).
    • Any permits or travel documents required for destinations (especially restricted or border areas) must be arranged in advance unless specified.

    6. Health & Safety

    • Travellers are advised to carry any necessary medications and inform us in case of any chronic illness.
    • We are not liable for any medical emergencies or health issues during the trip, though we will assist wherever possible.

    7. Accommodation & Transportation

    • Room sharing will be done on a double/triple occupancy basis unless opted otherwise.
    • Transport provided will be comfortable and based on group size and terrain. Specific seat preferences are not guaranteed.

    8. Behavior & Discipline

    • Travelers are expected to maintain decorum during the trip.
    • Any behavior that disturbs the group or harms the reputation of the company may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

    9. Liability

    • The company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
    • We act only as a coordinator for services and are not responsible for delays or defaults by third-party vendors.

    10. Jurisdiction

    • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local court where the company is registered.
