(Individual / Group Tour for International / Outbound)

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A minimum non-refundable booking amount (as per the tour details) is required to confirm your spot.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before departure.
  • Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Delay in payment may result in auto-cancellation.

2. Passport & Visa

  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • Visa assistance will be provided, but approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy.
  • Rejection or delay of visa does not entitle the traveler to any refund.

3. Flight & Travel Schedule

  • Group flight tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked.
  • Any request for deviation from the group itinerary (e.g., return on a different date) must be informed at the time of booking and is subject to availability and extra charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:
    1. 45 days or more: 25% of package cost
    2. 30–44 days: 50%
    3. 15–29 days: 75%
    4. Less than 15 days or no-show: 100%
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–30 working days, after deducting applicable charges.

5. Foreign Exchange & Personal Expenses

  • Travelers must carry sufficient foreign exchange (currency/card) for personal use.
  • The company is not responsible for currency exchange issues at the airport or abroad.

6. Health & Insurance

  • International travel insurance is mandatory and must be submitted before departure.
  • The company is not responsible for any medical or health-related issues during the trip, though assistance will be provided.

7. Accommodation & Meals

  • Hotel accommodations will be on twin/triple sharing basis unless stated otherwise.
  • Standard international meals (breakfast and/or dinner) will be provided as per itinerary. No menu customization will be possible during group meals.

8. Baggage & Belongings

  • Airline baggage rules must be strictly followed. Excess baggage is the traveler’s responsibility.
  • The company is not liable for loss or damage of luggage, passports, or personal items.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and fellow group members.
  • Any misconduct, intoxication, or disruption may lead to exclusion from the tour without refund.

10. Force Majeure / Itinerary Changes

  • The company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to flight delays, weather, political issues, or unforeseen events.
  • No compensation will be given for missed activities due to force majeure.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act only as an agent for transport, accommodation, and other third-party services.
  • Any loss, damage, or delay due to third-party default or natural causes is not the company’s liability

12. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of the company’s registered location only.
